A glimpse of what to come
Jun 16th, 2006 by Peter
Our landlord gave us a chance to see our new home again. It is already empty and ready for the painting of the walls and ceiling, which thankfully is not our job. I put some pictures in the gallery.
If you wonder why the walls look yellow and dirty, then we are two. The company who rents out the apartments have a clause that demands newly pained walls and ceiling before people move in, but somehow the previous owner managed to dirt them up in one year only. I hope she was a smoker, because I lack imagination to explain what else could have done the trick this fast.
Anyway, it should be ready for final takeover on 1. July. We can’t wait.
Looks very fine, Peter…..but I have been told that it is an obligation in China to buy your wife a fine house, when you marry her, because you love her sooo much??
Loneliness and red wine is a dangerous mix. Not that I think about anyone specific, but he do resemble \”Comic Book Guy\”.
I take it then, that my question was a tough one, as it remains unanswered? :)
Exactly. Just like your prayers for more hair…..
I hope you can cook an entire elephant in that kitchen … I will be very hungry when we move yopur stuff …
There will be more oatmeal (and low-fat milk) than you can eat. You won’t be hungry, thats for sure. If you are lucky I will throw in a cup of fresh cold water :-)
