Fancy headline for boring entry

The daylight is picking up in the morning again, and so is my mood.
Denmark can be extremely gloomy in the winter since the daylight breaks at 8.45am when it is worst. In the same period the sun sets at 3.45pm which basically keeps you in the dark when you are not working. I work in an office, so its dark when I go to work, and dark when I go home. Sigh.
But since Christmas the tide has been turning. Today the sun rises at 8.10am and sets at 5.00pm, so its going the right way again.
For some days we had excellent weather (a bit on the cold side though), but today it is back to boring. By boring I mean more dark because of cloudy weather and snow. For most of January we’ve had historically high temperatures and very little snow here in Aalborg (if any?). One can’t help but thinking a bit Al Goreish if this is the signs of global warming?
Anyway, I guess I should suck it in and enjoy the mild winter so far. It could be worse though and who am I to complain.
Strange how the same view can change from day to day and how it affects our mood.
