Bring on the Night

Spam is through the roof these days. Since I last mentioned it (9. oct) I’ve had a further 3178 spam messages more. That’s 9075 so far and 54% more in 8 days!

If this trend continue I have to find a new weapon.

As of now, I must admit that I don’t check through the building list of caught comment spam. So in worst case there could be some comments lost. It’s simply too much hassle skimming all considering that I now get about 397 in average on a daily basis.

Update: enabled Gatekeeper yet AGAIN! Had to disable it since someone (lets call him “Gregers”) couldn’t post a comment. Odds are that it was Gregers and not WordPress who messed up. Others (lets call him “Kojak”) have no troubles at all.
