Not much going on these days. Visited my parents a few time. Getting used to working again and getting into the daily rumble. I am still a tad ill. Not enough for other people to notice, but enough for me to feel if I overdo the pace riding my bike. Other than that I feel […]

Do you have problems living with the oversensitive GFW of China like I do? This may be a solution You should note that you still need to think when you use it, as you have to replace words of concern with [*word*] to make it work. There may be a more automated solution to the […]
If you already live in China, or have been, you’d probably not find it extraordinary, but some of the “delicacies” may not fall well in a non-adventurous western stomach. Anyway, here’s the list: Cow stomach (I think it was raw, or at least only boiled a very short time) Chicken stomach (according to C I […]
Seems that it’s back to the doc tomorrow and hopfully some positive tests that will warrent me some medicine. It’s the same-old same-old. I always get ill and no result from the tests and then about 1 week later I can go again and get the medicine. Lousy immune system.
Seems that I don’t have the flu, but just a horrible cold. Snotty nose, sore throat, cough and pretty dizzy. The doc tested me (way more intensively than the one in China), and found nothing but a cold. Ok with me, but still feel like shit. At least the fever is now gone. After my […]
Back under the weather

So C decided to give me the flu on our way home from China. Had one day at work and was hit badly. So now I’m home and ill again for the 2nd time in 2 weeks. Swell. Better call the doctor and get an appointment. Some penicillin should do the trick. Life sucks.
This is officially the last entry I make from Denmark the next month or so forward. Tomorrow morning we’ll hand over the keys to the apartment for my scary friend Gregers, who’ll be living here while we age gone. 9.30 The Kojak will pick us up and drag race us to Copenhagen airport. I hope […]
It’s soon now. Only 4 days before we’ll be on a plane towards Beijing. We’re as ready as can be with the obvious exceptions. We need packing the few things that can’t be fixed before the last day anyway. Stuff like toothbrush, shampoo, shaving gear, mobile phones, gadget-chargers and so on. Then there’s the note […]

Search strings used recently
Posted in Denmark on Jun 20th, 2007
These are some of the search strings people used and ended up at this site recently. One may wonder what goes through peoples heads some times. From what I can make of a few of them, there must be a lot of sicko’s out there: crappy facts 20 jun much to learn you still have […]
According to China Law Blog, deleting the naughty post may not be enough to unblock me permanently from the Great Firewall, so I followed Kevin’s advice and installed Tor which should enable me to access my blog from China. It will be crusial to my blogging in July, since we go there on vacation this […]
Seems that I’m now blocked in China. Not quite sure what did the trick, but Kevin suggested that it might be the entry where I bashed people for not treating their animals with respect. If so, it had almost the quite opposite result. I used a another negative word to describe how horses are sent […]
On the beach.

Can you almost hear Chris Rea singing too? So. as I wrote he other day, C and I went to the beach Tuesday evening. We brought C’s friend’s daughter and had a good time. The weather wasn’t the best and especially not compared to the latest days of sunshine and 28+ degrees Celsius. On the […]

The following conversations have been translated using my super powers to babelfish stuff like: Chinese, Danish, English, Chinglish, female thinking, weird eyebrow movements, physical pain induced by punching, telepathy and of course: decipher Chinese astrology. My wife and I borrowed a car (tnx Kojak) and wanted to take one of my wife’s friend’s daughter (let’s […]

Some time ago, my parents decided to throw all of us kids a bone (I have 3 brothers). My parents are in their 70’s and as they say: “We have all that we could wish for, so why not give you kids some money while we still can enjoy seeing you spend them”. Talk doesn’t […]

Pretty busy these days, but have a few entries lined up for the coming week. Just to let you know that I haven’t checked-in to a hospital or have been slain by the missus. Meanwhile you can check out my blogroll if you’re bored.
